Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed. However, customers purchasing within the UK still have the right to return unopened items, in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving their order, as outlined below.

 

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Process:

•            Email us with your order number and photos of the issue.

•            Once approved, you may return the item to us.

•            We will replace the faulty item free of charge, or offer an alternative resolution where appropriate.  Shipping fees will be at the expense of the customer. 

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you simply dislike one of the items included in the box, unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
