1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Snuggle Box website and your purchase of any products or subscription services from us. By placing an order, creating an account, or subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
“Snuggle Box”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the business operating this website. “You” refers to the customer.
2. Orders and Subscriptions
2.1 Subscription Services
By purchasing a monthly, bi‑monthly, or pre‑paid subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription includes an initial and recurring payment. You authorise Snuggle Box to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Your subscription renews at the original subscription rate.
• The date you place your order is your commencement date.
• You may cancel at any time (see Section 7).
2.2 One‑Off Gift Boxes
If you purchase a one‑off Snuggle Box, payment is taken immediately and no further charges will occur.
2.3 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance. Snuggle Box may decline an order at its discretion, including for suspected misuse, payment issues, or stock limitations.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Shipping Charges and Services
Shipping fees may change without prior notice. We may modify or discontinue shipping services due to factors outside our control, including customs changes or international postal restrictions.
3.2 Delivery Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If delivery fails, you must collect your parcel from your local postal depot. Repeated failed deliveries may result in cancellation of your subscription.
3.3 International Deliveries
International orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked or tracked‑and‑signed services. Customs fees, import duties, and delays are the responsibility of the customer.
3.4 Lost or Damaged Parcels
Any loss or damage must be reported within 30 days of the original posting date. Claims are subject to investigation with the postal service. Repeated claims may be reviewed and may result in cancellation of your subscription if deemed suspicious.
4. Refunds and Returns
4.1 Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it free of charge once you provide:
• Photographic evidence, or
• Return of the faulty item (if requested)
4.2 Returning a Box for Refund
Refunds for full boxes are issued only upon safe return of the original box to:

You must include proof of postage in case the parcel is lost in transit.
• The cost of the box will be refunded.
• Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the box is faulty.
4.3 Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We cannot replace or exchange items that are:
• Not to your taste
• Already owned
• Unsuitable due to your cat’s preferences, allergies, or intolerances
We recommend donating unwanted items to a local cat charity.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Snuggle Box account and selecting Manage Your Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription.
• If you cancel before your billing date (4th of each month), you will not be charged and will not receive that month’s box.
• If you cancel after your billing date, you will be charged and will receive that month’s box.
5.1 Refunds After Cancellation
If your box has already been posted, a refund may be issued only after the box is safely returned to us. Shipping fees will be deducted.
If a delivery fails and the box is returned to us by the postal service, a refund will be issued minus shipping fees.
6. Product Safety and Disclaimer
6.1 Pet Products
Snuggle Box includes toys and treats intended for cats, as advised by the original manufacturers. You are responsible for determining whether items are suitable for your cat.
• Always supervise play sessions.
• Check toys regularly for wear and tear.
• Keep toys away from children and other pets.
We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or misuse of products.
6.2 Human Products
Some boxes may include lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or confectionery items for humans. Always read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. We are not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from use.
6.3 Allergies and Sensitivities
All edible items include ingredient lists from the manufacturer. You are responsible for checking suitability for yourself or your cat. Snuggle Box cannot guarantee allergen‑free products.
7. Termination of Membership
Snuggle Box may terminate your membership without notice if:
• You violate these Terms
• Your behaviour is harmful to our business
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data. We only share your information with trusted partners when necessary to fulfil your order (e.g., payment processors, fulfilment partners).
By subscribing, entering competitions, or joining our mailing list, you agree to receive relevant communications unless you opt out.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
